what are my rights

my daughter lives with her mother in Indiana. My daughter is getting ready to turn 11, my daughter use to live in maryland with me, her mom and her moved to newjersey which was ok with me, they just recently moved to indiana and it was only to be temporary, now i find out its for good. In order for her to leave newjersey i had to sign papers saying she could take my daughter out of state, i signed the papers with certain visitation guidelines, her mom has not lived up to one of the guidelines of visitation what should i do

If the two of you can't resolve the issue through communication and negotiation, your only option will be to file court papers asking the court to either modify the visitation process or, of she's actually violating an existing court order, to find her in contempt for doing so. If your divorce was granted in MD, you can file court papers in the same case here. Or you could do so in Indiana, but that would probably be more difficult for you.
