Rights

If I had a DNA test and found out I was not the childs Father, but on the birth certificate do I still have visitation rights.

Where you have held yourself out to the public as a parent you may have rights.

Where the child believes or sees you as a parent you may have rights.

Where you have provided support you may have rights.
