take his rights away
i live in maryland.i wanted to know what my chances would be to have my childs fathers rights tooken away.he is in prison for attempted murder.i want full custody and all his rights tooken away.are my chances good.

Your chances for full custody are good, although you would have to meet with a family law attorney and provide a lot more information in order to get a proper analysis. If you are trying to cut off all rights, including visitation, that would be more difficult.
