I am sorry to hear of your troubles. You should sit down with an experienced divorce attorney and get some solid advice. Are there any children? HOw long have you lived in New Jersey? There are many questions that you must answer for an attorney to give you good advice. It is not possible to give you good advice on this complicated and painful problem over this computer system.
If you would like, give me a call to set up an appointment; I am in northern New Jersey. My contact information can be obtained from the links below, just click on the Attorney Profile link. Let my secretary know you found me through LawGuru.
