Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

if I have been saparated living apart from husband 4-1/2 years want to start divorce proceedings..husband sez wont give but we have no property-or children to divide or discuss /living seoparate lives.can i still get uncontested divorce since nothing to dispute..spouse just being spiteful

If you have been living separate and apart without cohabitation or marital relations for at least two years, then you can get divorced whether he consents or not.
