Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am separated with the intention of getting a divorce. My husband has remained at our house and I moved out. He is now renting out part of the house without even notifying me or requiring my signature. We have an agreement that says he can rent out part of the house and split the rent with me. What is the legal standpoint?
