Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I separated from wife in April of last yr, but signed a separation agreement in July, do I have to wait until July to file divorce papers. About 4 months ago she wanted not to go through with the divorce but I'm ready to file.

In Maryland the 1 year no fault separation is from the day you separated, not the date of the agreement.
