separation default
can i file a judgement against my husband for breaching certain terms of our separation agreement in md. (he has breached and been back home- but the other issues are monetary and he has no9t even attempted to pay!

If you haven't yet filed for divorce, you would have to sue him for breach of contract. If you decide to file for divorce, you can ask the court to enforce the agreement as part of that proceeding.
