I am seperated from my husband. Can he ask for more money than what I give him just because I get deployed?

Why are you giving him money? Child support? Separate maintenance (alimony)? Is there a court order? If your deployment significantly increases your income and you are paying child support, there is a possibility that a modification of that amount could be appropriate, but the change would have to result in a 25% change in the amount set forth in the MD child support guidelines, which is probably unlikely.
