seperating from your spouse

If your spouse is involved in subtance abuse is it illega to evict them out of the house. If so, what is the legal way

You file for legal separation through the court. The separation agreement will spell out who does what. If you are concerned for your safety, you should file for a protective order. The forms you need for both can be obtained through your local courthouse, or you can contact a local attorney to help you.
