Sister has been married over 20 yrs. Husband having an affair with several women he's met over the internet. Husband wants to keep house and pay her 1/2 of value. Husband is an executive and has money, retirement, etc.that she knows nothing about. She works full time.
What financial info. and other info. does she need to be sure of a fair and equitable divorce?

Your sister is entitled to far more than half the house as part of a distribution of marital property. All property acquired during a marriage except by gift or inheritance is marital, including bank accounts, financial assets, and retirement benefits. It doesn't matter whether the asset is titled in one spouse's name or the other.
