If a wife leaves husband and children, telling husband that there is no way the marriage can work, can she then come back into house (which is in both names)at night, supposely to see children, who are sleeping when she comes in?

Unfortunately she can because the house is titled in her name as well. What you need to do to prevent her from doing this is to file a request with the court for use and possession of the house since you have the children there in the house with you. You could also ask for temporary custody and for child support if you'd like. You do not even have to file for divorce to get a use and possession, custody and support at this time if you do not wish.
