Show Cause/Contempt for Denial of Visitation

Went to court on the 4th show cause for denial of visitation. The mother of the child didn't even bother to show up. The only thing the Master did was issue an order stating that we need to file a Motion for Default Judgement. I don't understand what this means and doesn't this give her time to file motions to keep prolonging this? If she files an answer won't this set it in for yet another court hearing date? How can I get this ended...she didn't show up, I was there. Why aren't the judges doing anything about her contempts of court orders. All this time I still don't get the court ordered visitation.

If she had been served with the show cause order and didn't appear, she should have been held in contempt. Without seeing the court papers, it's difficult to figure out why the Master wants you to move for a default judgment. If you've been handling this by yourself, it would be a good idea to retain an experienced family attorney to get you through the process.
