Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I signed adoption papers for my ex wifes daughter when she was 4 months old, she won't let me see her and wants an outrageous amount of support, i am not working right now and she continually wants to keep putting me in jail, should i just ask for a dna test and remove myself as the childs father? i don't get to see her and i am not her bio dad

You don't mention how long you claimed you were the father's child and the home during that time. Nor do you mention anything about the bio father or the mother's employment or your relationship with child. There are many factors involved. Call me for free consult.
