Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex and i have signed a paper that has been notorized for custody of our son. now she wants to sign over her rights. what do i need to do??

Google "Maryland Code 5-323" and read. This is the Maryland statute that covers termination of parental rights, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. The standard, as always, in these matters is "what is in the best interest of the child."
