I am a single mom of a 7 Tyronda old. When he was born his dad would not sign both certificate and does not pay any support. And he blackmails me these days and says he will take my kid away from me. He also has been in and out of trouble. How long one cam he be way from my son and come back. And can he take my kid seat since now since its already been seven years.

From the facts you presented it seems highly unlikely that the father would be successful in taking the child away. If he is employed you should be seeking child support by going to court and filing an action for paternity and support. If you receive public assistance, speak to the people who you deal with there about doing this. If not, you can check with your county bar association about seeing a family lawyer at a reduced fee or even free if you income qualify.
