Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I'm a sole proprietor to a lawn business and going through a divorce. She hole most of the equipment on her property . But i have 4 truck with me . Separated for 3 years now . Can i sell my business and split the money with her or can she stop me from doing that.

You can sell your business, but if the vehicles you described are titled in her name as well as yours, she will have to sign off on a transfer of ownership to the buyer. You will also have to get control of any equipment that would be part of a sale.
