Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my son

I just found out that my 2 years old son father is not my currents husband and I don't know what type of legal problems will this bring to me after I let my husband know that the real father is my previouse boyfriend. I had been in a relationship and my husband wanted to come back home that he didn't really care about what was going in my life. I didn't know that I was preganant by my ex and that my husband is not the real father. My ex knows about his son and wants to be there but dodsen;t want to cause me any harm.

You should level with your husband right away in order to preserve the relationship. If the bio father wants to remain involved with his son, he should be paying child support.
