Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My son�s girl friend parents are having marital problems and the mother is moving out. The question is my son and his girl friend are expecting a baby he is they both are 17, she would like to move in with us since her parent are having problems. Can she move in if her parents are ok with it and would they have to fill out a form?

Yes, they should give a consent to guardianship. When she is 18 she will be an adult.
