One of you has to be the plaintiff and file a complaint, alleging a legal ground for divorce. The court issues a summons to the other spouse, the defendant. The defendant then files an answer, presumably in your case saying none of the issues is contested. You then file a joint uncontested line with the clerk. A hearing is then scheduled before a master, at which the plaintiff must appear with the marriage certificate and a witness who can corroborate the facts supporting the grounds for divorce. If the evidence is sufficient, the master will issue a report to a judge who will sign the divorce.

If you don't want to have a lawyer handle this for you, check with the family division clerk at the circuit court in PG Cty to see if they have a PRO SE (pronounced "say") office that can walk you through the process.
