Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In the state of Maryland if I'm paying child support and I have another child that's 4 that I'm supporting. Can I have my child support lowered ? If so what do I do ?

You can have your child support lowered if the other child support is court ordered. Otherwise it is at the discretion of the court.

I assume that the 4 year old is either in your custody or being supported by you voluntarily, as opposed to in compliance with a court order. This does not affect your obligation to pay child support under the MD child support guidelines.
