Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In the state of Maryland is it possible for a person who owned a home prior to getting married, that she has since shared with her husband for 2 1/2 years, have him evicted? The spouse is unemployed and has been ill and had several surgeries due to complications from type 1 diabetes and is now being told that she wants to evict him because she no longer wants to be married to him or share her home with him. Can she evict him from the home?

I assume from your question that the deed is only in the name of the wife. If so, she can evict him.
