Suing your parents

Can a child over the age of 18 sue his parents for being kicked out of the house? The child has graduated high school, but does not work.

An 18 year old high school grad is an adult in the eyes of the law. He or she is therefore no longer entitled to the parents' support. So any such suit would be thrown out.
