Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Summer vacation

Is there a recommended schedule most maryland courts have for a child under the age of 3? I specifically referring to summer and xmas schedules. Also why would there be a spring break schedule when a child of that age is no in grade school

There is no such schedule. The visitation schedule depends on the facts of the particular case. A typical schedule for holidays would be to alternate from year to year for xmas and thanksgiving, and provide a block of time in the summer, assuming the noncustodial parent has adequate supervision if he/she must continue working.
