terminated parental rights

my husband was divorced and as part of the divorce agreement his parental rights were terminated. is he still responsible for support and also if a child he is supporting is no longer in the custodial parents care is he still responsible for that childs support to that parent?

Re: terminated parental rights

If your husband's parental rights were terminated, so, presumably, were his parental obligations, including that of support. All of this should be spelled out in the agreement or court order in which this action was taken.
