Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have been told I am the father of a 6 month old. The mother was married at the time the baby was born and got divorced a month after. She is threatening me with a paternity and support suit. I just found out she took her ex-husband to court for support and the court is allowing a dna test that he requested. If it's not his, can she then go after me? I thought there was a law where only the bio dad could challenge paternity if someone was married??

There is a presumption of paternity for the husband but if that is disproven by the dna test, than the mother can seek to establish the paternity of the biological father.
