how can a person go about getting help to stop his exwife from constantly going to the courts and getting exparta orders aganist them? This is constantly being done in oct. of 2007 the judge ordered a purjery investagation which has not been done, now a new one was gotten on 4/1/08. the exwife is wanting me to sign over all of my rights to our children and i will not do it, so this is how she is trying to get me to.any help would be greatly appericated.PLEASE HELP there has been at least 12 of these orders in the past 9 years.

It's very difficult, but not unprecedented, to deprive someone of access to the court system, especially in the area you are dealing with. You would have to file a motion setting forth the history of what has occurred, especially if she's filed numerous petitions which have subsequently been dismissed as unproven.

As to the new one, you should consider hiring an experienced family attorney to represent you, and then, if successful, file a motion asking the court to order your ex to pay your legal fees. There is a MD rule that provides for this under certain circumstances.
