Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Verbal Harrassment/threats

I receive calls from my ex-spouse on occassion to discuss the children & arrangements. Most conversations turn into arguments - sometimes with hang ups and call backs - if I can't record a conversation, how can I prove harrassment or threats that are made to me over the phone?

When he or she calls, tell her that the call is being recorded and you assume she consents if he/she wants to continue the conversation.
