Regards to visitation

I live in the state of Maryland and I was wondering if someone who was charged with 3rd degree sex offense if they were still allowed to have visitation with their son whom is only 7 yrs. old?

That decision would be up the judge when bail is granted. It would depend on the facts of the case. Obviously, if the son is the victim in the case, it's highly unlikely that visitation would be granted, unless strictly supervised.
