visitation for a sister

Do I as a sister have any grounds for

visitation rights for my 2 younger

brother. My mother passed away in

Feb., and my step father makes it

hard for me to see my 9 yrs old

brothers. I'm 34 and I live in

Maryland and they live in South

Carolina

There is no provision for this under MD law but your case would be controlled by SC law. You should contact a family attorney in the area where your brothers live and see what rights you may have.
