My son is still refusing to visit his father. The judge just re-awarded my physical custody and the father legal joing custody. The visitation starts again tomorrow. His father just stated again if you don't get your grades up your going to a boys home. My son is 15. Does he have to follow the court order?

Yes, he does. Once he turns 16, the court will honor his wishes as to custody/visitation. As for the father's threat re the boys' home, he has no authority to do that without your agreement.
