voidable marriage

Hi! I wasn't divorce with my wife and i was married second time.I was married to two women at the same time.With first my wife i divorced but i never obtained a divorce from second wife.I want to married to another women.Will be my marriage legal?Do i need a divorce or annulment papers with second wife?

Re: voidable marriage

Since you were still married to your first wife when you married your second wife, the second marriage was illegal and you were never really married. But when you apply for a license I suggest you inform the clerk of your situation.
