Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I wanted to know if I can legally move out of my mothers house when I turn 18. I will still be in high school when I turn 18. So can she send the police on me to get me back. By the way, I live in Maryland. Thanks.

As an 18 year old you are legally an adult and can live where you want. Your parents would be legally obligated to support your until you graduate from high school or turn 19, but if you move out you could be considered "emancipated".
