Warrant for FTA DUI

Can I get full custody if the other parent has an FTA DUI from 2 years agoe and has yet to turn herself in? She also has negligent driving, driving without a liscence failure to provide liscence on demand failure to provide registration on demand and driving with a permit without adult supervision. She is over 21 though and only had a drivers permit. What are my chances I could get the kids for full custody with this on her record?
