Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My wife has been cheating with the neighbor across the street for about 11 months. I have been confronted several times by his wife and different people in the neighborhood about this. I gave her the benefit of the daught but I have recently moved into an apartment because of some text messages I found on her phone. Yesterday my six year old said that her mom has been telling her to lie to me and that this man has been sleeping over in my bed and were not even divorsed. I feel this is a bad envirorment for my 3 kids and I need to know since I'm a guy would I have a chance to get custody. Please help

That you are a man does not harm your ability to get custody of your children, particularly if the current environment in which they are living is not healthy for them. Adultery is a grounds for divorce in Maryland, and you have the right to file for divorce and seek custody of your children. You should consult with a lawyer as soon as possible to protect your rights. I'm sorry you are going through this.
