Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My wife and I are not happy together and are heading toward a divorce. I owned the house (many years) that we have been living in during our 3 years of marriage before we were married. Her name is not on the deed or mortgage for my house. I have ask her to leave and she has agreed, but has made no effort to actually move out. What can I do legally to have her removed from my house asap?
