ex wife

my husbands ex wife will not deal

with me regarding issues with my

husband and her children. She and

her family will only deal with my

husband (the kids dad).

What are my rights as a step parent?

You have no official role unless there was a court hearing and you were given one. Your husband's ex is being immature in not dealing with you, particularly on routine matters, but there really isn't much you can do about it other than try and keep things on an even emotional keel for the sake of the children.
