Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My wife insists on having her 27 year old son live with us. I feel very uncomfortable and threatened when he's around. I want him out. What are my rights?

Under most circumstances, the husband and wife have equal rights about who will be a guest. However, if he verbally or physically threatens you, contact the police and file for a restraining order. If the judge determines that you are at risk, s/he will issue a restaining order, and he will be forced to leave the house.

The alternative is to talk to your wife.
