Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex wife has legally changed her name back to her maiden name but continues to use my last name. Is there a law in the state of Maryland that I can prevent her from doing that?

You can't really prevent this unless she is using it to defraud creditors or gain access to your assets, etc. She may just be using it for convenience because she had accounts, etc in her married name. Have you tried discussing this with her?
