Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

How can I get my wife to move out? My lawyer filed for divorce limited in 12/09. We had scheduling conference set up many time but was change. We finally went in 6/10!! But still got no way. We both have to go to parenting classes cause she won't sign anything. She say I can have our son but she doesn't want to pay chil support which is fine with me. Now she says she wants him more than everyother weekend and 1 day a week when its not he weekend. Our son will be 13 in August. He really doesn't want to live with his mother. I did say anytime that our son wants to see her mother he is more than welcome. I had the lawyer to ask the courts for best interest of attorney of a minor child which was granted. I hope my son has a say in what he wants. We go to intentsive parenting 7/10 and have a mediatin session at the end of August, Settlement conference end of Nov. Why does this take so long? We been married as of this June 9 years. My wife bought a house in April. She works full-time. She told me she needed help to move her things out of the house I took 12 truck loads over. She still won't go live in her new house. She says this isn't want she wants. My house I got it before we where married and its only in my name. Matter of fact everthing is only in my name and I paid for everything her money was her money. Please HELP!!! Please let me know if there anything else I can do?? How can I get her out? Should I keep my lawyer??

Your lawyer should have filed for custody and a use and possession order for the family home. He can ask for an immediate hearing, which is called a pendente lite hearing. If granted, your wife will be ordered to move out.
