Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
Can my ex wife prevent my 12 year old daughter from taking a flight from maryland to nebraska to visit me as per our custody agreement? A airline employee / escort would accompany my daughter as per their rules and regulations. All fees would be paid by myself. My ex wife refuses to allow my daughter to fly with a stranger even though i am using the airlines escort service which by the way is an additional fee.

It depends upon the terms in your custody agreement, but if it's silent on this issue, you could probably get a court to order her to allow the trip. I suggest you send her a letter or email containing the information about the program and advising her that you will go to court and seek attorney's fees if she continues to deny the visitation.
