Wife put me in debt.

Wife took money from accounts without me knowing and didn't pay bills and taxes for my company. Now I might lose my business, what can I do? She is not living with me not, but she may want half of everything. What can I do to out of this mess?

If you and your wife get involved in a divorce proceedings and a fight over division of marital property, you can show through your records that she wasted joint assets as you described. The judge has the duty to make a fair and equitable distribution of marital property, and in doing so can take into consideration whether one spouse has taken advantage of the other in this way.
