Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I was just wondering if a child was emancipated at 18, is there a process of dis-emancipating the child so that the parents could have the parental privileges and stuff they had to their child or what?

When a child is 18, they are considered an adult and can make their own decisions (with few exceptions). Your questions doesn't make much sense -- if you would like to re-state it with more facts, or putting your specific situation in context, I'll be happy to answer it for you.
