Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

i was wondering if my divorce decree says that my children must be irrevocable beneficeries on my life insurance policy but i remarry and name my spouse on there also. is this legal

I'm quite sure the order gave you an amount you needed for the life insurance policy. If so, simply buy another life policy that for you new wife. Otherwise, you will need to file a petition to modify the support order. However, these life insurance policy provisions are very common in support orders.
