Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My x-fiance and I are having a difference of opinion. He has been dating this girl for two months and he is in love. I'm happy for him. I did have some issues to start, mainly because everything was happening to fast. I explained to him I would feel more comfortable meeting her before she was around our two year old son. He agreed..I was taking my time about when I would commit to meeting her. He broke our verbal agrement and she has met our son. Now he is saying he will do whatever he wants to do when he has our son. And it is none of by business. I found out she is planning on buying a house and he is to move in. Which would mean that would be a second home for our son. I protested and he does not care. What can I do? I do not know her and I feel this is too sudden, especially for my child to be there. What rights do I have?

It's time you hire a Maryland family law attorney and create a custody arrangement that will be honored and supervised by the Courts. No reason to bargain and negotiate with the ex. Courts don't like dads who are unwilling to compromise and do what's in the best interest of the child.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
