Legal Question in Medical Leave in Maryland

Am I eligible for disability

I would like to no if the fmla provides for compensation of workers pay by means of std/ltd disability pay? Or if fmla is strictly an unpaid leave to care for love ones? Any Insight provided would be greatly appreciated.

FMLA is unpaid leave

The Family and medical Leave Act provides onlyfor unpaid leave.
