Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

i am a 5 ft 2 in 135pound 19 year old girl i was victimized by 2 male pg county police officers after they physically attacked me causing open abrasions to my neck and chest area they drove me to the emergency room where i recieved treatment and a medical bill, i was then held in prossessing overnight and they atempted to charge me with second degree asult to an officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, the charges were sent to trial and i was found not guilty of all charges, i have been terminated due to missed work, medical bills, court fees, lawyer bills and now i am unable to obtain employment, and unable to continue in my fall semester in college becuse i've spent my tuition $ on my lawyer i want to file a civil lawsuit against against the pg police department and the 2 officers involved i need help??????? how would i attempt to file a lawsuit against the pg county police dept

You should really contact a lawyer for this type of case. There are questions of filing administrative forms, notifying the government of your claim, and making sure what the statute of limitations are for the claims against those police officers. You could have a really short time limit to file your notice of claim.
