Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I have anxiety disorder and would like to have my father speak on my behalf in a civil matter. Will the court allow him to do this?

In case it is panic disorder, court may allow. but in case it is a GAD, there is remote chance

Depending on the evidence that is being sought/offered from you, it may be entirely unnecessary for you to testify. On the other hand, you may want to testify and, depending on the case, you should seek to present testimony/evidence from a competent physician as to the effect that it may have upon your testimony.
