Application Denied For Renting Apartment Based On

Based on a case that was placed on Stet in 2007 and listed Reckless Endangerment as a crime of violence. The apartment complex denied my application to rent based on the information provide by the company doing the Background check. Do I have any recourse.

Probably not on that basis. As long as their decisions about to whom to rent aren't based upon race, national origin, religion or gender, they are allowed to reject applicants.
