Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland
I bought a dog from someone and we have a signed agreement that says when she gets the reg. papers for the dog I will pay her 150.00 and she will give me the papers but now she is telling me I either have to get her fixed "because she does not want her bred" pay her 300.00 or I get nothing. what can I do.

It's unclear from your question who has possession of the dog as of now. If you do, you could sue her in small claims court asking for specific performance, which means you are asking the court to order her to perform under the contract by turning over the papers in exchange for your payment.
